Community Living Mississauga has been a source of support for people who have an intellectual disability since 1955. Community Living Mississauga provides a variety of supports and services to people who have an intellectual disability, including:
residential supports, employment resources, community engagement, Supported Independent Living, respite, and various day support options. Our mission is to provide support to people to ensure their quality of life in the community is meaningfully improved, promoting inclusion and independence.

Description of Position
Working under the guidance of a Manager, this position is responsible for the clerical support to the Administrative Services team for Community Living Mississauga.
Description of Duties
Provides clerical and administrative support to the Administrative Services area including processing invoices, providing documents and reports, administrative tracking, letters/mailings and entering of contract information.
Tracks funding agreements and notify Manager in a timely manner of any discrepancies.
Reviews documentation and ensure all amounts, payments and general information is accurate.
Identify barriers to prompt payment or processing of invoices required by position and works to proactively resolve barriers.
Liaises with outside agencies, families and people supported to ensure payments, contracts, invoices etc. are up to date and accurate.
Ensures signatures and approvals are obtained by the proper parties in a timely manner.
**Qualifications**:
Basic accounting and administration courses at recognized post-secondary school
1- 3 years full time relevant work experience with Finance, Accounting or Office Administration
Prior experience working in a non-profit or charitable organization preferred.
High computer proficiency in programs such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), databases, etc.
Excellent analytical, interpersonal and all communication skills (oral and written).
Valid Ontario Driver’s License (Class GII or G) and access to a reliable vehicle and Insurance
Fluent in French (or additional second language) an asset.
