**Accounting Clerk/Office Administrator**
**Finance - Kitchener, Ontario**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Accounting**
- Prepare and issue documents related to accounts receivable, collect past-due accounts, process customer payments, and setup new customers for global operations.
- Match purchase orders and receiving to vendor invoices, obtain required approvals, and post accounts payable invoices, process and post vendor payments in a timely manner.
- Various month end duties including bank and account reconciliations.
- Perform related clerical duties, such as word processing, and maintaining filing and record systems
**Office Administration**
- Coordinate and make travel arrangements and process related expenses for management
- Effectively source and purchase office related supplies
- Health &
Safety administration/assistant - secretary for meeting minutes
- Plan office social events and other company-related functions
- Other administrative duties, including reception duties, as required
**KEY QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS**
- Reliable and have a positive attitude and great interpersonal skills
- Strong organization and multi-tasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Post-secondary education in an accounting related field or equivalent experience
- Previous experience with payroll would be considered an asset
