We are seeking an accounting clerk to join our administrative team.
This year round, full-time junior position is responsible for accounts payable, group booking invoicing and accounts receivable, ticket printing, petty cash and daily deposits. The accounting role also compiles and distributes the daily operating report.
If you have attention to detail, flexible availability during our season and a solid understanding of accounting principles this role is a great opportunity to build business acumen and experience in the attractions industry.
**Responsibilities**:
- Accounts payable
- Print tickets for group sales
- Process group invoices and ensure they are promptly collected
- Collect outstanding accounts receivable
- Complete Daily Operating Reports
- Cash &
Petty cash control
- Daily deposits
- Responsibilities may differ between in-season and off-season tasks.
- Bilingual, English and French is an asset
- Good written and oral communication skills required
**Qualifications**:
- Experience with MS Word, Excel, and computerized financial systems
Remuneration Starting rate:
$19.25 per hour
