Our client, an industry leader for over 20 years, is seeking an experienced and driven Accounting Manager for their growing team!They are looking for a self-starter who will play a crucial role in managing accounting functions. The role is open due to a retirement, and they are looking forward to bringing new talent onboard. Key responsibilities include:
Full ownership of the accounting department, including financial planning and analysis.Supervising accounting and finance operations, encompassing Payroll, AP/AR, GL, preparation of financial statements, and managing banking systems.Becoming an active member of the client's management committee.Spearheading the annual budgeting process and guaranteeing adherence to financial regulations.Engaging with external stakeholders, including financial advisors and regulatory bodies, to maintain compliance and foster collaboration.Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in a full-cycle accounting role, managing a team.CPA designation is nice to have.Proficiency with ERP software and advanced knowledge of Excel.We thank all those who submit applications;
