job description

**Duties include**:
- **Ensure all supplement damage / parts are accounted for
- Ensure work orders are balanced
- Finalize work orders to match labour time taken and ensure correct allocation of labour hours
- Enter e-pay for insurance payments or create CRN for adjuster
- Enter invoices into the system
- Collect appropriate charges including insurance deductible payments, GST and betterment
- Collect information and process windshield claims. Ensure all applicable forms are complete and deductible collected when the work is completed
- Answering the telephone when necessary
**Qualifications**:
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent telephone manners
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
- Problem solving skills
- Positive attitude and customer focused
- Knowledge of general accounting procedures an asset
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage time
- Must be computer literate
- Able to learn new computer programs quickly
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Automotive body shop experience would be an asset
**Wage is negotiable depending on experience**

$17.00 per hour
