Admin & Accounts Payable Assistant

Bolts Plus Inc. is an Industrial Commercial Supplier with 15 locations across Ontario. We are looking for a someone with a ton of energy and can multi task to work in our busy accounting department.
You must Read and write English Fluently. Other languages are an asset.
The sucessful applicant will be responsible for:
- Filing of daily accounting paperwork &
Purchase Orders
- matching receipts to statements
The successful applicant will also be trained on A/P tasks so that they can be a back up and assistant to the full time A/P clerks. You may also be asked to help with collection calls and other tasks that are needed in the accounting department as time allows.
