The Learning Technologies Project and Change Management Department of Saskatchewan Polytech is looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant to support the Project Manager and ensure effective and efficient operations of the dynamic department. If you have a secretarial certificate or diploma and at least one year of recent and relevant experience, please apply!
Job Duties:
The Admin Assistant is accountable to the Learning Technologies Project and Change
Manager. This role will provide clerical and administrative support.
1.Provide administrative and professional clerical support.
2.Support the Administrative Assistant to ensure the effective and efficient operations of the department.
3.Maintain schedules and calendars.
4.Monitor budgets for assigned projects to ensure all revenue and expenses are accounted for and discrepancies are clarified. 5.Provide support services to the Project Manager for on and off campus meetings at provincial and local levels.
6.Provide necessary support to the in the development and presentation of project materials.
7.Provide support in the organization and maintenance of the filing systems.
