Our company currently requires person with /without experience to join the team with an immediate start.
We are seeking an Admin Assistant on part-time or full-time basis (20-40hrs/week). You will be the first point of contact therefore excellent customer service skills are essential.
Duties would include:
- Shared Reception duties and answering phones
- Filing (word documents and drawings)
- Work on “Excel” and “Word” documents
- Filing, data entry and general admin work
Excellent administration and customer care skills
Intermediate Word and Excel
Efficient with a great attention to detailed must be able to self manage
Incredibly organised and self sufficient
Ability to use initiative and be proactive
Times and days are flexible, however, you may be required to fill in for others taking annual leave or sick leave.
