We are looking to hire an Admin. Assistant-Customer Relation to support our financial planning practice.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Organize and executing company events, such as staff appreciation event, Christmas party, teambuilding event, client appreciation event, etc.
Oversee and responsible for ALL issues of financial advisor's client matters
Arrange, contact and follow up financial advisor's clients' appointments. Handle room bookings and other facilities arrangement e.G. zoom link include related document e.G. disclosure statement for financial advisor client meetings
Answer telephone calls and support to financialadvisor clients or related parties who would like to contact financial advisor
Work closely with financial advisor's planners on client cases e.G. pending cases
Assist Financial advisor to identify potential business FYC from pending cases
Arrange Financial Advisor's time schedule which can maximize the benefits among para-planners and clients
Keep track planners who is responsible for updating client cases progress potential FYC into the company system
Responsible and keep proper filing for both internal and external correspondence related to financial advisor's client
Revamp/Tidy client folders and information
Provide all administrative support to financial advisor
Other duties be assigned as per requested
Qualifications:
Fluency in English and Cantonese required
Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
Prefer 2 years of experience in the business work environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attentive to detail and well organized
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Proactive personality
Capable to handle and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of financial industry preferred but not required
