Enoch Consulting Group is a company serving thousands of international students and new immigrant families to start their new lives in Canada. Due to the increasing workloads and company development needs, we are hiring General Admin Assistant to join our team.
**Position Summary**
The general administrative assistant performs tasks as necessary to support the department managers. The assistant executes administrative and routine functions as well as a variety of tasks needed to support strategic and daily plans. In this position, the employee has the opportunities to learn and grow in fields like operations, marketing, customer services, and sales, and eventually move up to a significant role within the company.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Assisting department managers in completing administrative tasks including data collecting, data entry, file organizing, writing meeting logs, etc.;
- Greeting and welcoming clients;
- Setting up appointments and meetings;
- Managing and running company social media accounts;
- Acting as a customer service representative if help is needed;
- Assisting in executing marketing plans;
- Other responsibilities assigned by department managers;

- Passionate about helping people in need;
- Comfortable with a fast-paced office environment;
- Self-motivated with a strong and professional work ethic;
- Willing to learn and grow with the company;
- Good team player but also able to complete tasks individually;
- Able to meet deadlines and goals;
- Proficient in MS Office Systems (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint);
- Must possess strong communication skills;
- Must have strong multi-tasking skills;
- Must be organized;
- Must be fluent in both Mandarin and English;
- Previous administrative/data entry work experiences would be a great asset;
- Strong writing skills in multilanguage would be a great asset;
- Fluent or proficient in graphic design software would be a great asset;

**Salary**:
$15.50-$20.00 per hour
