CCPPA has members across Canada from Quebec to Vancouver Island and from the United States.

Full Job Description
Some examples of tasks to be performed in this multi-faceted role:
- Invoice membership dues
- Banking
- Process payments using Moneris online tool
- Preparing cheques for accounts payable
- Bank reconciliation
- HR duties such as:
entering payroll;
prepare documents for benefit plans;
- Working closely with our public accountants to develop monthly financial statements
- Preparing documents for yearly audit and working closely with the auditor
- Calculating and submitting remittances to Receiver General and Ministry of Finance
- Assists with organizing annual meetings with up to eighty delegates
- Organize yearly Ontario Golf tournament
- Answering incoming calls and redirecting as required
- Works collaboratively with the President and the Region Engineers
- Other office administrative duties related to smooth running of small office.
Education and Experience
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in related field
- Extensive experience in a Microsoft Office environment (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel,
PowerPoint) is required
- Experience in preparing briefing reports, minutes, correspondence, and summaries of decisions made, and further actions identified over the course of a meeting
Skills and Abilities
- Superior organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Google, Accounting systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Demonstrated initiative and the ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Responsible, dedicated and highly motivated
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to use discretion in dealing with sensitive issues and maintaining appropriate levels of confidentiality
