Such engagements encompass:
Strategy formulation and implementation planning;
Organizational assessments/design/transformation;
Program assessment &
evaluation;
Restructuring and changemanagement;
and / orProject execution – from conception through to implementation and closeout.You will provide internal operational support to ensure day-to-day delivery is properly managed and contribute to Optimus SBR’s proven track record and continued growth, while building relationships through engagements and networking. You will also be involved with business development, and providing support to develop proposals.You have extensive experience in the public &
health care sector and an understanding of strategy development and execution, process analysis and redesign, and business case development. You have the ability to adapt to changing needs and environments while working independently and with the Optimus SBR team.ResponsibilitiesContribute to the life and culture of Optimus SBR Ability to execute end-to-end solutions to clients’ needs and requirementsComplete assigned work related to project deliverables on time and manage project budgetReview current state challenges and propose future-state solutions with respect to people, process, policy, and technology enhancementsContribute to the development of proposals and provide other sales support, including identifying and assisting in selling extensions to clients and relationship businessManage client relations as a trusted advisor while achieving the highest levels of client satisfactionDevelop and maintain an active external presence in the industryCreate innovative solutions to office or work-related problemsContribute to company brand presenceSupport internal projects, when neededQualificationsMinimum of 3-5 years relevant working experienceExperience as an external consultant in the Public Sector, Health Care, or Not-for-Profit/Public Sector is an assetSelf-directed, with the passion and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentInnovative and dynamic;

Related university degree in a business, health care, or public policy related field Preferred Education:
Post-Graduate degree (e.G.,, MBA, MPA or MPP), PMP, CPA, or additional professional (e.G., CPA, P.Eng., or R.N) or other designation (e.G., CPA, PMP, Lean, or PROSCI) strongly preferred
