The mission of our Project Management Office (PMO) is to ensure the execution excellence of innovations and corporate projects. You will contribute to this goal by collaborating with all teams and being a key player in priming the projects assigned. Succeeding in this role implies assimilating the challenges of multiple projects in parallel, understanding and grasping each team’s challenges and priorities, facilitating transversal functioning and icross-team relationships, as well as alternating between sense of detail and global vision.
**Here's what your day-to-day will look like in this role**
- Plan, execute, control and monitor projects from launch to implementation on time
- Evaluate and monitor project schedules and manage priorities
- Coordinate all deliverables to meet business objectives and priorities in accordance with established agreements and schedules
- Manage the various problems or opportunities that may arise during the implementation of the project. Find solutions to overcome these issues
- Report on the progress of projects under your responsibility
- Meet regularly with internal/external stakeholders to review the project progress
- Help improve our Project Management Office

**Qualifications**:
**You should have**:
- 3-5 years’ experience delivering technology projects
- Familiar with Agile software development life cycle
- Knowledge of GitHub and Jira would be considered an asset
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently in meeting deadlines
