Audio Video & Security Technician

_**The Accurate Technology Group**_is a leader in the industry for low voltage wiring, home automation, audio, security systems and much more! In business for over 33 years, we primarily service newly constructed homes and condominiums in Winnipeg and surrounding areas. Due to ongoing growth, we are currently seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, organized and detail-oriented individuals to join our Team!
**You will be primarily responsible for, but not limited to**:
- Running various low voltage cables through unfinished and finished job sites
- Installing equipment such as security systems, CCTV, speakers, TV's, lighting systems, home automation systems, etc.
- Programming and setting up security systems
- Completing work orders with a high degree of accuracy
- Maintaining job sites in a clean and orderly fashion
**Requirements**:
- Must be able to read, understand and execute jobs as per quote and floor plans
- Must have good reading, writing, and oral communication skills in English
- Must be able and willing to work in all types of weather
- Must be able and willing to perform physical duties;
including lifting up to50 lbs
- Must be able and willing to climb a ladder;
both indoor and outdoor
- Must be able to follow Manitoba Workplace Health and Safety Guidelines
- Must have experience using power tools
- Must possess a valid Manitoba Driver's License
- Must have own vehicle
- Must provide a clean Criminal Background Check
- Must possess a VDV or Class M License
- Must provide proof of full-vaccination status against COVID-19
**Assets**:
- Experience working with and installing Bell MTS services
- Experience installing and programming Control4® systems
**Hours of Operation**:
Monday - Friday, 8:
00 am - 4:
00 pm, Overtime as Required
