Duties:
- Prepare and make Asian style baked goods and breads.
- Bake various Asian types of cakes and breads such as soboru, red bean bread, cream bread, manju, etc.
- Measure and combine ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make baked goods.
- Decorate cakes.
- Assist in creating and improving new recipes.
- Clean and restock workstations.
