Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for dinner buns, egg tarts, pineapple buns,
Prepare dough forcover of baked pasta
Bake mixed doughs and batters
Decorate cakes or other baked goods
Ensure quality of products meets established standards
Create production schedule to determine type and quantity of goods to produce per month
Purchase baking supplies
- ensure cost effective calculations on materials and sales
Hire, train and supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff.
