Bar Manager/Bartender

Bar is looking for a Bar Manager! Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Bar Manager will be able to demonstrate but not limited to:
Excellent customer service skillsWritten and verbal communication skillsBasic math and accounting skillsAn understanding of food safetyKnowledge of mixology, and how to make traditional cocktails and create new onesFamiliarity with provincial or territorial liquor lawsOperating cash registers and writing or printing bills for customersCleaning the bar and the space around itKeeping health, safety, and liquor licenses current andensuring that employees comply with themMonitoring the inventory and ordering new supplies and ingredients when neededMinimum of 2 years experience as a Bartender required. Remuneration will be based on skills and experience.Job Types:
