Bar Steward

The bar steward is the first point of contact for all branches of the Royal Canadian Legion. We are looking for enthusiastic, responsible bar stewards to provide an excellent guest experience at branch 393 in Smithville.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
welcoming guests, preparation and serving classic cocktails, other alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and snacks, keeping the bar clean, organized and stocked. The bar steward must ensure all guests meet the legal drinking age as well as be able to monitor alcohol consumption. To be successful in this role you must be able to multi-task, work independently, have a positive attitude, and take appropriate action dealing with issues as they arise.
**Specific Requirements**:
- Smart Serve Certification
- Work weekends and evenings
- Able to lift up to 25lbs
**Job Types**:
Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours:
10-30 per week
**Salary**:
$15.50-$18.30 per hour
