**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
Respond to phone calls from Customers.
- Outbound calling for Customer survey/follow-up.
- Diligently follow up on outstanding Customer related issues.
Deliver superior service and help create an exceptional experience for our Customers.
**Education and Experience**:
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- written and oral.
- 3 years of previous customer service experience/Call Centre required.
- Experience with Sales Force is an asset.
**Technical Requirements**:
- Reliable computer (minimum 4G RAM, dual core processor, 10GB of hard drive space)
Intermediate proficiency with MS Office.
- Non-wireless DSL or Cable internet connection is required. Wireless DSL (antenna on roof) and/or satellite internet are not acceptable.
**Non-Technical Requirements**:
- Superior communication skills (written and verbal).
- Superior Customer Service skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Must be a self-starter.
- Strong reading and interpretation skills.
- Must be analytical - be able to analyze various options and take appropriate action.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure/deadlines.
- Must be honest and energetic.
- Must be able to work within a team as well as independently.
- Must complete criminal background chek
