The Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients regarding all aspects of their hormone treatments. This includes communicating with patients in regards to inquiries and concerns, problem solving and the ability to multitask. This role also involves ensuring patient satisfaction and patient centred care.QualificationsStrong customer service and phone etiquette skillsExperience in customer support and customer experience preferredExcellent communication skills, in English and French both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate information effectivelyExperience in the healthcare or pharmacy industry is a plusBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experienceAbility to multitask and manage multiple prioritiesMust be able to commute to the office in Mississauga
