The Bilingual Senior Administrator supports the CEO with operational and administrative tasks, manages and coordinates company projects and activities, and collaborates with the executive team.This role requires independence, initiative, and strong organizational skills. The ideal candidate must be proactive, able to handle multiple priorities and maintain a positive and professional demeanor.To qualify for the position, you must have :
Legally eligible to work in Canada.Must be fluent in English and Korean.Bachelors or higher level of education.Must have a deep understanding of the business management support role.Excellent communication and documentation skills.Knowledge And Skills :
Fundamental understanding of industry codes, regulations, and practices and strong reporting skills.Excellent customer service focus and the ability to quickly build strong working relationships with business partners and colleagues.Strong verbal and written communication skills were matched with the ability to negotiate and build relationships with key stakeholders.A sense of urgency, good attention to detail, excellent organizational and analytical skills, and being pragmatic and eager to learn.Adapt to a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage competing priorities and multi-task with minimal supervision.Ability to problem solve, including identifying issues and finding a resolution promptly.TaskGeneral Admin Responsibilities:
Responsible for the day-to-day executive administrative support.Coordinate and provide support for meetings, conferences, appointments, and interviews.Handle confidential information and sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.Compose and edit a variety of documents and e-mails, including highly confidential correspondence, memos, presentations, MOUs, contracts, and proposals.Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and stakeholders. Manage and expand the CEO's network by identifying and engaging prospective contacts.Organize and support visits from various delegates concerning Rise’s business needs.Assist with presentations and other projects as needed.Maintain a well-organized filing and backup system.Liaise with other departments and external stakeholders as required.This position requires occasional travel for business-related tasks, as directed by the CEO.Valuable skills include :
Experience in administrative support or a related field.Business meeting experience preferred.Possesses relevant professional certifications, especially those recognized in Canada.Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree preferred.Strong computer skills in MS Office and other software applications.Specific work requirements :
Ability to travel as required.Must be available to work in Vancouver, BC;
