Join our team at Bannister GM Edson as a Body Shop Manager and be part of an inclusive and supportive work culture! As a key member of our dynamic team, you'll collaborate closely with the Manager of Fixed Operations and General Manager to ensure efficient, profitable, and reliable department operations.

Responsibilities:
Supervising technicians, appraisers, administrative staff, estimates, and day-to-day operations of the Body Shop
Ensuring adherence to automotive repair techniques, insurance procedures and agreements with major insurance companies
Maintaining a customer-focused environment in a BUSY shop

Qualifications:
Previous managerial experience in the automotive industry
5+ years of automotive body shop experience
Familiarity with ImEX, CDK, and Mitchell 1 is advantageous
Ability to understand financial data and meet revenue targets
Strong problem-solving and team motivation skills
