Looking for a part-time or full-time employee for basic bookkeeping and administrative tasks. This individual must be up for a multitude of different tasks as the role will be well rounded.
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience:
2 years to less than 3 years in bookkeeping.
**Skills**:
- Bookkeeping for Accounts Payable and Receivable, Quickbooks preferred.
- Organizational skills - monitoring inventory, assisting with orders, tracking deliveries
- Excellent in Microsoft Excel, Office, and Outlook
- Excellent Communication skills to organize between staff and management.
- Basic computer technical skills (plugging in towers, monitors, keyboards, mice)
- Minor travel between locations necessary.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
Fast-paced environment. Attention to detail. Minor lifting to help fill or reorganize shelves. Must be able to drive to multiple southwest locations.
