Braefoot Childcare Facility Manager

Previous experience with the training and management of a team of 6-8 team members.Excellent communication skills and customer service ability.Must possess Class 5 Driver’s License and provide driving record upon request.Must possess an Early Childhood Educator certification.Must submit to and pass a Criminal Record Check.Must possess Standard First Aid and CPR/AED Level C qualifications.As a part of this position, the Childcare Facility Manager will be responsible for the following duties:
Appropriately staffing programs and other events through scheduling of team members.Conducting the hiring, training, and assessment of team members in a leadership role.Creating and implementing program activity plans and programs.Appropriately staffing programs and other events through scheduling of team members.Purchasing and maintaining camp equipment, inventory, and materials.Collaborating and corresponding with partner organizations to manage programs.Assisting with creation and distribution of promotional material for programs and events.Receiving and handling correspondence and queries from parents and other external partners.Collaborating with and corresponding with other camp coordinators to manage programs.Ensuring safety and well-being of participants throughout camp programs and activities.Completing other tasks as required by the office manager.Job Types:
