**About Mprise Agriware**
We are a fast growing company with a healthy customer base that includes the global key players of young plant propagation, vegetable breeding, plant producers and producers of starting materials (cuttings, seeds, tissue culture). Our headquarter is in the Utrecht region of The Netherlands and we have local offices in France, India and Mexico. Especially for the North American market (United States and Canada) there is a high interest and growing market for our products and services. The customer base of Mprise Agriware is located in the Netherlands, Asia/Pacific and North
- and South America.
That is why we are actively looking for a Business Consultant who helps to further position Agriware 365 in the region with both our existing and new customers.
**What are you going to do?**
As our Business Consultant, you are the expert in the field of our ERP software package ‘Agriware 365’. With your colleagues from new business sales, pre-sales and inside sales, you are responsible for business growth with both existing customers and new prospects in the region. You are the main point of contact for existing customers from the moment of going live with Agriware 365. Your role takes place in both the pre-sales process as in optimizations with existing customers as account manager.
**As Business Consultant your tasks will include**:
- Driving sales at existing customers by advising on the various options within the Agriware 365 suite;
- Giving demonstrations of Agriware 365 to support new business sales;
- Finding out the strategy and objectives of your customer and knowing how to translate these needs into the right solutions;
- Translating complex matter into practice on the work floor;
- Making quotationsand proposals together with your colleagues from inside sales.
- Visiting our customers in the United States and Canada, so you don’t mind to travel on a regular basis.

**Who are you?**

We are looking for the new Agriware 365 expert who knows what is needed to convince people at different levels in the customer’s organisation. Someone who focusses on customer relation and knows how to connect with customers and internal stakeholders.
What else do we ask?
- Resident in the United States or Canada.
- Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Informatics or Horticulture
- 5 - 10 years of working experience in IT and/or horticulture
- Consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is a big plus
- Excellent commercial skills
- A proactive, entrepreneurial personality
- Good command of English language, preferably also Spanish
- Affinity with the horticultural sector
The position can be filled for 32 to 40 hours per week.
