- Data addict - one who loves to organize data to make it more informative and valuable, find hidden patterns in data to reveal new information
- Enhance and optimize reporting processes with self-serve &
automation, and data research/analytics to provide insight into fulfillment intervals and customer experience
- Identify and deliver reporting process improvements to move manual reporting to fully self-serve and automated solutions (e.G. using automated data extraction &
presenting information on Tableau)
- Assist in cultivating a fact-based-data-driven decision making culture and implement the best-in-class end-to-end modeling/analytical process to gain operational efficiency
