Our family has been serving fine quality meats for five generations. Our owner comes from a line of master butchers who owned butcher shops in Vienna starting in 1868.
**Job Description**:
Work schedule Five days a week, no evenings.
We are a retail butcher shop with a commercial kitchen.
Looking for a retail butcher that is able to:
- prepare a variety of cuts for retail display
- Serve customers at the retail counter
- Package products
- Refill and refresh products in the full serve counter.
Compensation:
Commensurate with experience, and benefits offered after 6 months.
Food Handling Certificate an asset, and meat cutting experience essential.
Position is starting at 34-40 hours a week.
