**Bylaw Enforcement Officer**:
**Temporary**

The City of Nelson is seeking a Temporary Bylaw Enforcement Officer to join the Bylaw team at the Nelson Police Department.
Under the supervision of the Deputy Chief Constable, the Bylaw Enforcement Officer is responsible for enforcing the City of Nelson Bylaws.
**Essential Qualifications Include**:
- Grade 12 or GED (General Equivalency Diploma)
- Preferred completion of Bylaw Level I Certification
- Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License
- WHMIS
**Rate of Pay**:
$35.71/hour per the CUPE339 Collective Agreement
**Hours/Days**:
Full-Time Temporary position. Monday - Saturday, five (5) days each week, until December 31, 2023.
