Welcome to Armstrong National Alarm Monitoring
We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team of operators here at our Montreal monitoring station Surveillance Plus by Armstrong.
Our dispatchers handle various types of alarms 24 hours a day. 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Alarms we monitor include but are not limited to;
burglary alarms, fire alarms, panic/hold up alarms, environmental alarms, trouble conditions, etc. We also provide two-way audio PERS medical monitoring. Dispatching services when necessary:
Police / fire department / ambulance / guard services, etc.
- Must be bilingual
- Must be able to work in a very fast pace work environment
- Able to stay calm and work in high pressure/stress situations
- Great multitasker
- Detail oriented
- Reliable and punctual
- Eager to learn
- Excellent team player!
- Have a clean criminal record to be applicable for a BSP license card.
