**Position Overview**:
We are looking for skilled and experienced Cabinetmakers and Carpenters to join our team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for creating custom cabinetry and woodworking projects with the highest quality standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Cabinet and Furniture Construction**:
Interpret blueprints, sketches, and project specifications to create custom cabinets, furniture, and other woodworking pieces. Operate woodworking machinery, power and hand tools to cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials.
**Precision and Quality**:
Ensure all cuts, joints, and assemblies are accurate and meet high-quality standards. Pay meticulous attention to detail to create flawless finishes and smooth surfaces.
**Installation and Assembly**:
Install cabinetry, furniture, and other woodworking elements on-site as needed. Collaborate with other team members to ensure precise fitting and installation.
**Problem-Solving**:
Address any challenges or discrepancies during construction, making necessary adjustments to achieve the desired outcome.
**Safety and Compliance**:
Adhere to safety guidelines and best practices when using tools and machinery to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
**Project Management**:
Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
**Maintenance and Repairs**:
Perform maintenance and repairs on existing cabinetry, furniture, and structures as required.
**Qualifications**:
- **Woodworking Expertise**:
Proven experience as a Cabinetmaker, Carpenter, or Woodworker, with a strong portfolio showcasing various woodworking projects.
- **Technical Skills**:
Proficiency in operating woodworking machinery, power tools, and hand tools.
- **Attention to Detail**:
A keen eye for detail and precision in crafting, assembling, and finishing woodworking projects.
- **Problem-Solving**:
Ability to analyze and solve challenges encountered during construction or installation.
- **Communication**:
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members, clients, and contractors.
- **Safety Awareness**:
Strong understanding of safety protocols and practices in a woodworking environment.
**Education and Experience**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in cabinetmaking, carpentry, or woodworking projects is required.

$22.00-$25.00 per hour
