Carpentry Foreman

We are an established and growing fence installation company based in Bedford, Nova Scotia and are in need of a Carpenter Foreman! **Duties**:
- Manage projects from beginning to end with limited supervision
- Manage a fencing crew of 2-3 people constructing wood, vinyl, ornamental and chain-link fences
- Effectively train and manage crews to maximize production
- Effectively solve problems as they arise
- Travel throughout the province
- Ensure job site is kept safe and clean
**Requirements**:
- Team player that is safety and production orientated
- Experienced fence installer with a minimum of 3 years’ experience building wood and/or vinyl fences
- Excellent verbal &
written communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Valid driver’s license
