Carpentry Foreman

Duties:
- Interpret blueprints and shop drawings, perform layout.
- Operate carpentry equipment and power tools, have a valid drivers license.
- Understand capentry requirements and be able to build formwork or use formwork systems.
- Oversee and manage concrete formwork projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule work activities with subcontractors and crew members
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations on the job site
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality workmanship
- Provide guidance and support to crew members
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a supervisor or in a similar supervisory role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of formwork, carpentry, hoisting, and construction techniques
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints, schedule and understand construction plans
- Proficient in using construction tools and equipment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor as required

**Salary**:
$35.00-$45.00 per hour
