**Skilled ROUGH CARPENTRY **SUBCONTRACTOR.
EXTERIOR CARPENTRY PROJECTS AND HERITAGE CARPENTRY RESTORTION PROJECTS ON RESIDENTIAL HOMES (ROOF-TOP DECKS, DOOR INSTALLS, RESHEETING ROOFS, SLOPING FLAT ROOFS, EXTERIOR TRIM, SKYLIGHT INSTALLS, DORMERS, PORCHES, RAILINGS... )
**QUALIFICATIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES**
Must have sub contractor qualifications:
- WSIB clearance certificate
- HST number
- Master Business License or Incorporation
- Commercial Liability Insurance Certificate
- All safety tickets ( WAH, WHMIS, H/S Awareness)
- Work vehicle for use on job sites
- Work vehicle, shows **no** branding or lettering, so can carry AVENUE ROAD ROOFING temp signage when on our job sites
- All tools/ ladders/ equipment required for installations
- Safety ( PPE) equipment for all on the crew
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as a subcontractor for AVENUE ROAD ROOFING
- Minimum 5 years experience installing carpentry projects
- Willing to work hard access jobs, steep roof projects.
