We are looking for you to join our team at **Wing City** by St. Louis**! Be a part of history and join one of the first ever locations of this brand new concept:
a **QSR (quick service restaurant)** with a menu inspired by the devilishly good food at St. Louis Bar &
Grill.

Do you have customer service experience? Are you passionate about food and want to share your expertise with enthusiasm? Do you believe in the value of exceptional customer service? Then this is the position for you.
We are now looking to hire dynamic, outgoing, and friendly team members. You must be fun, energetic and have passion for food and wowing our guests. Minimum 1 year’s experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
Full-time and part-time positions are available.
**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
To take all orders correctly, efficiently, and timely and to ensure that they go out as per guests request and Wing City standard, maintain the cleanliness of the FOH and assist preparing food when needed.
**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR FROM YOU**:
- Ability to carry out amazing service.
- Ability to establish a fantastic connection with each guest.
- Ability to correctly entering guest orders into the POS system.
- Understanding and being able to communicate all aspects of the menu.
- Must ensure the Wing City standard operating procedures are being executed correctly in a timely manner.
- Ability to complete all duties listed on the cleaning checklist.
- Ability to work as a team member to fellow coworkers.
- Ability to maintain a clean and sanitized service area.
- Ability to assist with preparing food when needed.
- Detail-oriented with basic mathematical skills.
- Ability to develop a courteous approach to resolving any complaints.
- Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly and accurately.
