Cashier

**P**OSI**T**I**ON:
Cashier-Full-Time (32-40 hours/week)**
**L**O**C**ATION:
Grocery Department, Rocky Mountain House, AB**
**Responsibilities will include**:
- Providing exceptional member service with a positive, professional approach and attitude toward customers
- Being dependable for all scheduled shifts
- Processing member transactions in a timely, efficient and accurate manner
- Performing cash out procedures
- Operating the till with accuracy
- Maintaining a neat, clean and orderly location at all times by using good housekeeping standards
- Performing any other duties as requested
- Adhering to all Evergreen Cooperative Association policies and procedures and participate in the Health and Safety program
- This position requires a significant amount of static standing, frequent and constant lifting, bending, and stretching.
- Strong customer service skills
- Organizational skills and great time management
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently in a team environment
- Previous retail and cash experience would be an asset
- Ability to handle multiple demands at once while still providing excellent customer service
- Sense of urgency
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs unassisted
