Catering Cook (Cold) - Full Time Day

**La BOTTEGA CATERING** is hiring **full time day staff **dedicated to preparing our Ottawa famous platters for our busy catering season. **Think cheese and deli platters, Italian sandwiches, fresh fruit platters, cookie platters** and more. You will work directly with the catering manager to prepare and package foods for our daily breakfast, lunch and dinner catering jobs.
**Job requirements**:
- experience preparing beautiful cheese and deli platters, sandwiches, fresh fruit platters, canapes and packaging ready for customer pickup or delivery
- ability to work independently and efficiently
- ability to meet timelines
- keep a clean work environment
- may be require to perform other duties when required
- minimum one year work experience in a related job, we will provide training
- English (oral and written)
