Catering Sales Manager

**Summary of Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the President, essential job functions would include and are not limited to:
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Ensure prompt and courteous service is extended to both internal and external customers
- Establish parameters, quotes and negotiate prices, confirming by written contracts
- Work closely with President and Director of operations to ensure all details of the contract were delivered and guests depart satisfied
- Manage/oversee sales department
- Manage and maintain e-commerce platforms
- Manage and maintain social media marketing
- Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**:
- Computer literate in Caterease Event Planning and Catering Software an asset
- Computer literate in Microsoft 365, Outlook and Excel is an asset
- Excellent bilingual communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible and reliable
Full time permanent

- Rotational Saturdays

- Hospitality:
3 years (preferred)
- Sales:
1 year
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma (preferred)
**Language**:
- English required
- French definite asset
