**What you'll do**
Reporting to the President and CEO you will be responsible for:
- Lead the executive management team and oversee the integrated operations of The Loomex Group
- Oversee the company's overall day-to-day operations
- Maintain financial performance of the executive team by reviewing and optimizing expenses and reviewing regular financial analyses and reports Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Build client relationships and support client and contract retention
- Support all business operations and help ensure all departments achieve their goals
- Manage service level agreements with our clients
- Work with the executive team to develop operational plans, assess the company's performance, and ensure the success of The Loomex Group team
- Supervise internal and external communications to ensure positive employee and client experiences
- Help develop an organizational culture that reflects the core values of The Loomex Group and creates an environment that supports team member development
- Oversee the company's employee development program
- Support employee recruitment, orientation, training, development, and performance management
- Work with the human resources department to help ensure that company policies and procedures that support all employees at The Loomex Group are in place and followed
- Develop and implement policies and performance standards that help ensure the organization will meet or exceed its key performance indicators

- Extensive customer service experience and the ability to communicate customer requests to internal teams
- The ability to build trust among colleagues and support staff and cultivate an encouraging culture of learning in the workplace
- The proven ability to honour commitments and meet deadlines
**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Minimum ten (10) years of progressive experience in the aviation and aerospace sectors, with at least seven (7) years of experience in senior or executive managerial roles
- Project management training
- Education or training in diversity, equity, inclusion, and Indigenous peoples and communities
- In-depth financial knowledge and experience with developing and managing complex budgets in excess of $15 million
- Knowledge of human resources management, with an emphasis on training and development initiatives
- Experience communicating and making presentations to stakeholders across varied sectors and in multiple roles
- Proven track record in leading teams to successful business outcomes
**Other Requirements**
The Loomex Group has multiple locations within Canada. Depending on business needs and financial requirements, the incumbent may be required to travel to support the organization's needs and ensure the success of business ventures.
**Working Conditions**
- Full-time permanent position
- Work hours are primarily Monday to Friday, however, the incumbent is required to occasionally work evenings, weekends, statutory holidays, and after-hours to accommodate project deadlines and organizational requirements
- This position may require travel to support business operations
