Part-Time Child Care Provider
TRYBE Fitness Bar is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Part-Time Child Care Provider to join our team. We are seeking an individual who can provide a safe and engaging environment for the children of our studio members. As a Child Care Provider, you will be responsible for supervising and entertaining children while their parents participate in our fitness classes. Your role is essential in ensuring a positive and stress-free experience for both our members and their children.

Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome children and parents in a friendly and professional manner.
- Create a safe, clean, and inviting childcare environment.
- Supervise and monitor children's activities at all times to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Plan and lead age-appropriate activities, games, to keep children engaged and entertained.
- Assist children with snacks, meals, diaper changes, and restroom breaks as needed.
- Communicate effectively with parents, informing them of their child's activities, behavior, and any relevant updates.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless coordination of child care services.
- Clean and sanitize toys, equipment, and play areas regularly.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and check-in/check-out procedures.
- Report any incidents, accidents, or concerns to the Studio Manager promptly.
Qualifications and skills:
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare or babysitting capacity is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, nurturing, and energetic demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of child development and safety protocols.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Passion for fitness and wellness is a plus.
