Class 1 Driver

**CLASS 1 DRIVER**
HML is an Edmonton based landscaping company that is looking for a Class 1 for work in and around the Edmonton area.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Tandem truck operation in and around the Edmonton area;
- Experience driving truck and wagon an asset;
- Deliveries and haul-aways for our landscaping and construction scopes;
- Executing field projects according to instructions provided by dispatch;
- Work with mínimalsupervision and direction;
- Follow all traffic legislation;
- Drive and operateaccording to the company’s safety standards;
- Complete pre-trips and logbooks
- Perform daily maintenance on truck (checking fluids and hoses);
- Completing all daily paperwork as required.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Valid Class 1 Driver’s license;
- Clean 5-year commercial driver’s abstract;
- 3+ years on classdriving experience;
- Diligence in maintaining pre-trips and logbooks as per legislation;
- Understand how toperform regular equipment preventative maintenance and pre-trips;
- Neat and diligentin maintaining equipment / vehicles;
- Ability to work long hours (10 - 12 hours per day);
- Strong work ethic;
- Safety conscious;
- Must be able to legally work in Canada.
