As a **Clinical Veterinarian** for our Veterinary Services team in **Senneville (West of Montreal)**, you will be responsible for the well-being of our laboratory animals. Your contribution will ensure the health of our animals, as well as the integrity of our pre-clinical studies.
In this role, primary **responsibilities **include:
- Provide optimal medical care, diagnosis, and treatments as per accepted veterinary practices
- Provide professional expertise for guidance on procedures and techniques involving animals
- Review and optimize animal monitoring and SOPs related to animal care
- Be a member of our animal ethic committee and lend your expertise to evaluate all procedures performed on animals before studies begin
**Job Qualifications**
We are looking for the following **minimum qualifications** for this role:
- Good observation skills
- Able to work physically (lift up to 20 kg, walk, stand, stoop, etc.)
- Understanding of written English is mandatory. Bilingualism French and English is preferable.
- Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine
- Valid OMVQ licence or equivalent
- Please note that upon being hired, you will have to undergo an annual tuberculosis test at the expense of the company._

- Location:
Senneville / Free parking / Shuttle service from Sainte-Anne-De-Bellevue train station and John Abbott College to the Senneville site
- Annual bonus based on performance
- Schedule:
Mostly daytime Monday to Friday. Depending on the needs, you will have to do evening, night, and weekend rotation on call.
