Construction Labourer

Construction Laborer
**Duties**:
- Assist in gravel base preparation for road repairs
- Assist with various construction tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and material
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks
- Assist with the installation of scaffolding, ramps, and other temporary structures
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in road construction or a related field is preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is a plus
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
