**CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER**

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team! This is a leadership position to supervise, train, and work alongside our crew on various project sites while overseeing larger scale projects.
Project Scope - Bathrooms, Kitchens, Renovations, Large scale Additions, New Builds
**Responsibilities**:
- Bridge the gap between the office and job site to deliver projects according to client's specifications and vision.
- Manage daily schedule and job log of ongoing projects to communicate directly with the internal team and office to ensure the project runs smoothly.
- Jobsite work &
supervision working alongside crew and subcontractors from start to completion of a project. Negotiating with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
- Communication - Ensure lines of communication between jobs site, office, and client remain clear. Report back to office with regards to job status, daily requirements, clients requests.
- Utilize construction management software to update items such as schedules, change work orders, job log, and communication. Maintain overall documentation required.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in project management including scheduling, estimating, and booking trades for live projects.
- Hands on experience in the construction industry, residential a plus.
- Familiarity with construction management software
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Experience managing teams and supplies is an asset.
- **Drivers License required.**
