Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes, building codes and project management principles.
**Responsibilities**:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from conception to completion
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget constraints
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns
- Review and interpret schematics, blueprints, and other construction documents
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Implement and enforce safety protocols on construction sites
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management
**Experience**:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices
- Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with construction estimating and budgeting
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and other technical documents
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams
**Skills**:
- Proficient in HeavyBid for construction estimating purposes
- Familiarity with Civil 3D for site design and modeling
- Excellent time management skills to ensure projects are completed on schedule
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and other technical documents accurately

$30.00 per hour
