Construction Project Manager

Our company is a large and well established Disaster Restoration firm operating primarily in the Greater Toronto Area. We offer 24/7 response for insurance claims offering emergency mitigation and reconstruction services. Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, the Project Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of reconstruction.
- Excellent knowledge of typical building envelope
- Ability to read blueprints and familiarity with building code
- Skilled problem solver and able to manage several jobs concurrently
- Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to manage sub trades
- Fluent in English withoutstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Focus on customer service and strong ‘closer’
- Experience in the insurance restoration industry would be an asset

- On call
