Expected hours:
44 Hours/Week - 8:
30 AM to 5 PM
The Construction Warehouse Coordinator must make sure Trinity Group has all the products, materials, equipment and supplies they need to operate efficiently in ways that are aligned to established policies and COR standards. They also oversee inventory management processes and resolve any issues that arise.
Majority of the role will involve the Warehouse Assistant Manager to ensure products, materials, equipment, and supplies are maintained and logged into Trinity Canada’s system.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage an inventory list of the company’s power tools, equipment, heavy machinery, vehicles, and other relevant items
- Create and implement a scheduled list of items to be logged and maintained
- Ensure all items are being maintained with regards to legislation and manufacturer’s requirements
- Coordinating when service should be done and working with management to get items serviced
- Create and implement a procedure to effectively remove overdue and/or defective tools, equipment, and vehicles from service
- Travelling to sites in the Greater Toronto Area to log and track power tools, equipment, heavy machinery, vehicles, and other relevant items
- Working with the Occupational Health &
Safety Officer to ensure Inventory coordination &
preventative maintenance is in compliance with Ontario COR standards
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma holder or equivalent
- A post-secondary degree/diploma is considered an asset
- Previous experience or knowledge of construction sites
- Experience with managing and coordinating inventory on a construction site or warehouse
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word &
Microsoft Excel
- Able to work well in with teams and also be able to work well independently
- Accountable and self-motivated
- Great time management skills
**Salary**:
$40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

- North York, ON:
reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
