**Responsibilities**
- Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Management
- Create and send invoices as required
- Run owners meeting bi-monthly for invoice approvals
- New Vendor Set Up
- Ensuring New Hire Documents are filled out and Maintaining Employee Files
- Bank and credit card reconciliation
- Review commission logs for salespeople
- Review and submit payroll
- Send weekly AR Reports w/ forecasted payments from salespeople
- Approve purchase requisitions from project management and issue purchase orders
- Issue reimbursement for employee expenses and mileage
- Maintain corporate CRA account, make payments
- Coordinate year end with KRP
- Implement effective job costing strategy
- Implement effective purchase order tracking
- Track cashflow proactively
- Manage Brock Health employee records
**Salary**:
$75,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
