As a Corporate Development and IMO (Integration Management Office) Senior Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Partnering with other members of our group and our business leaders to identify, evaluate and develop acquisition, divestiture, and partnership opportunities around the worldFlexing responsibilities across the entire lifecycle of mergers and acquisitions, from up-front strategy and target identification to end state integration into the acquiring organizationProviding overall project management for large, complex, global transactions, including the formation and leadership of large, cross-functional teams for due diligence, forecasting, valuation, negotiations and internal approvalWorking with transaction counterparties to develop Day 1 target state operating models, and create, manage and own integration plans with clear activities, milestones, and owners Cultivating relationships with external parties such as entrepreneurs, investment banks, private equity and venture investors consultants, accountants and lawyersDriving effective communication and internal alignment that results in effective decision-making for our projectsDeveloping and coaching junior members of the team, and striving to ensure continuous improvement of corporate development and integration management processes and organizationYour Skills and Expertise
