Lead creative concepts aligned with business goals and stakeholder strategies.Stay updated on industry trends, bringing innovation to creative executions.Manage and mentor a team of creatives, fostering a high-performance culture.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, ensuring brand consistency and excellence.Shape and own the creative vision, translating business goals into impactful projects.Requirements:
7+ years in a design leadership role.Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.Degree in Advertising, Design, Marketing or a related field and expertise.Proven track record in developing and directing creative for various channels.Strong leadership, collaboration, and project management skills.Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite;
