ABOUT THE ROLE
- Reporting into the Finance Shared Services Manager the role will manage the accounts receivable and cash processing teams for operations within the UK, Ireland and Germany developing a proactive credit control function that works effectively with all internal and external stakeholders, forming a key facet of ERIKS transactional management and liquidity control.
Duties will include:
- Developing clear and efficient processes within the AR team and escalate operating issues on a timely and effective basis
- Act as an ambassador in living the ERIKS Values of Passion, Specialism and Innovation. Communicate in a clear and compelling way to all internal and external stakeholders.
- Co-ordination of AR month-end close process and generation of key reports and reconciliations for internal stakeholders
- Monitoring of AR - terms and generating timely reports to inform critical business decision making
- Establishing visible KPIs to monitor process efficiency and drive efficient transactional processes and support effective liquidity management.
